Emily in Pictures

Here in Alabama, you risk invoking God's wrath if you dare to celebrate Halloween on a Sunday. So here Emily is, the day before Halloween, dressed to greet trick-or-treaters.

Emily is glad to see Mom and Dad when they arrive to pick her up from day care.



She crawls right over to greet them.

But it's time to change into her flower costume.



The family heads to Boo at the Zoo.

Emily rides the otter since they were such a big hit at the aquarium.



The haunted carousel turned out to be great fun.

Get it? Turned out! Bwa, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!



It's feeding time at the zoo.



Soon after dinner though, a worn-out Emily falls asleep.

Emily has graduated from the kitchen sink to the big tub.

Last night's party wore Emily out.



But soon she's up and going again.



We stopped at the Calvary Temple's pumpkin patch.



It made for some adorable photos.



Emily can't decide which pumpkin she wants to pick.

Next we visited the Ocean Journey Aquarium.



Emily gets up close and personal with a great white shark.



She was very enthused about the Colorado River cutthroat trout.

The whole family (most of us, anyway) has lunch at a pub across the street.



Then it's back to the pool.

After the wedding, Emily is ready to celebrate.



The reception was held at the Colorado Museum of History.



Some of the exibits were pretty exciting.



The bee teether provided for a temporary distraction.



Emily got a little attention from everyone, so she had a great time.



Emily tries to eat Uncle Jeff's flower while Uncle Jeff tries to eat Emily.



When Jeff won't let her eat the flower, Emily gets upset.
